FAQs & GOOD TO KNOW

Our prints are available in a variety of sizes, as per the drop down menu for each one. This size is the overall paper size, including a 1 inch border surrounding the printed image. Therefore, a 10 x 12 inch print features an image size of 8 x 10 inches plus a 1 inch border on all sides. 


Our print orders are received, printed, quality checked, packaged, and shipped by our specialist printers from their production studio in London or Düsseldorf, depending on your location.

Our delivery fees are:

£4 to the UK and Germany, free for orders of £80 or more
£6 to EU countries, free for orders of £90 or more
£10 to EEA countries, free for orders of £100 or more
£30 to the USA for orders up to £89, £15 for orders of £90 – £149, free delivery for orders of £150 or more
£35 to Canada for orders up to £89, £20 for orders of £90 – £159, free delivery for orders of £160 or more
£55 to any other country for orders up to £89, £35 for orders of £90 – £199, free delivery for orders of £200 or more

Please note that you are responsible for any additional import or customs fees.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times, however UK and Europe deliveries should arrive within 3 – 5 working days, and worldwide deliveries should arrive within 10 working days.


We are confident that you will love your print, and great care is taken to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that it is damaged in transit or defective in any way, we will replace your print free of charge. Please contact us at hello@goingthewholehogg.com with your order details along with photos of the packaging, print, and certificate of authenticity to arrange a replacement. 

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacement prints for any other reason.


Our chosen print studio are completely carbon neutral. They offset carbon emissions that their business is responsible for end-to-end, and use sustainable materials to produce and package your print. The print paper is vegan.


Each of our limited edition prints comes with a certificate of authenticity which includes the edition number and a unique holographic security stamp.
